Do I need an internet connection to back up or retrieve my data?
  No, you dial in directly to our secure server. This is not internet based.
   
  When disaster does occur, how long will it take to recover the data I have stored on the secure server?
  As long as it takes to download it to your new or repaired computer.
   
  What type of software do I need to access the secure server?
  You can access the secure server using any type of operating system.
   
  We have several offices and we need to allocate storage space to each office, who does this and how does it work?
  We will section the storage space on the disc up for you (called partitioning) and only give access to that space to the offices you want. The head office will have access to the entire storage space.
   
  How much data storage space do I need?
  We will assess this with you on a 1 to 1 basis incorporating all your business / personal requirements.
   
  Is this only for business use only?
  No, it is of great benefit for home users, ie: personal documents & records, digital photos, student assignments & data ect.
